Nagoya CVB / Nagoya Congress Center
Nagoya, the Best Possible Venue for Your Future Conference

Located in central Japan, Nagoya is conveniently connected to Tokyo and Osaka, Japan’s two major gateways, by Shinkansen bullet train. Connecting times are only 100 min. from Tokyo and 50 min. from Osaka. Visitors can also easily reach Nagoya by air. Central Japan International Airport (Centrair) is connected with 39 foreign cities by 345 flights per week and accessible to downtown within 30 min. by express train.

Inside the city are sites that preserve early-modern Samurai culture, such as Nagoya Castle and the Tokugawa Art Museum, as well as numerous open-to-the-public production facilities that spring from the city’s culture of manufacturing. At the same time, Nagoya has garnered great interest for its unique food culture, and the city’s commercial districts are home to a bustling multitude of restaurants that serve Nagoya-meshi. The source of Nagoya’s energy seems to be its penchant for unique ideas represented in its food culture, and a passion for manufacturing. Many of Japan’s world-renowned high-tech industries; those of automobiles, aviation and industrial robots, are based in and around Nagoya.

The Nagoya Congress Center is one of the most reputed conference centers in Japan. It features Century Hall, capacity 3,000; Event Hall, a multipurpose 22-meter ceiling space; International Conference Room for summit-class conferences and numerous other function rooms.

Port Messe Nagoya (Nagoya International Exhibition Hall) with an exhibition area of approx. 34,000 m2 will increase its total exhibition area to sum 40,000 m2 by fall 2022.
